These terms and conditions (below “T&Cs”, “Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of Endpoint website.

By accessing this Website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue using Endpoint Website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Terminology
   1. “Account” refers to the Account created on our Website and the information and data provided therein;
   2. “Applicable law” refers to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
   3. “Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website;
   4. “Client”, “You” and "Your” refers to you, the person accessing this Website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions;
   5. “The Company'”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refers to EndPoint UAB, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
   6. “Parties”, or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves;
   7. “Service” means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that we make available through the Website either now or in the future;
   8. “Website” means the Website that you are currently using www.endpoint.technology.

   Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

2. Scope of these T&Cs
   1. When interacting with the Websites you, being a Website visitor, should respect the provisions of these Terms.
   2. When creating an Account on the Endpoint UAB Website, you, being a Client, are bound by the Terms and Conditions, which constitute the contractual obligations for the provision of Services.
3. Age requirements
   1. You may only use the Websites if you are 16 years of age or older. To register for a Client Account, use the Services, submit a request to us, or subscribe to receive any Content or other marketing or promotional material from us, you must reach the age of majority under the national laws of your country/countries of citizenship and/or residence. If you do not meet the requirements, you are not allowed to use the Websites or interact with us in any manner, or use Services.
4. Client Account use
   1. Access to and use of certain areas of the Website are restricted to registered visitors only.
   2. When creating the Client Account, you become responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Account access, and take full responsibility over all activities that occur with your password or Account access.
   3. By using the Account as a third person, you warrant that you are an authorised user of this Account.
   4. You agree to immediately notify Endpoint UAB if your password is lost, stolen, disclosed to an unauthorized third party, or otherwise may have been compromised.
5. Cookies
   1. Our Website uses text files, known as cookies, to track how you use our site and products. By using Endpoint’s Website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the privacy

We assume no responsibility for the content of such Websites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. 7. Limitation of Liability
   1. We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on our Website regarding inaccuracy of information.
